If its not causing a medical problem, there should be no problem. Just be sure to clean the area, whenever you bathe her, and be gentle so as not to pull on the ears. This might let dirt or germs inside the holes and any redness around the earrings might be infection.
When the ears are pierced at an early age, the baby gets used to them being there, and if it doesn't hurt her, she won't pull on her ears.
Just a note, though: some kids are more prone to ear infections than others…if your baby starts pulling on her ears (and does it a lot) it may not be the earrings that are to blame. A doctor would know what to look for !!

I think its all George's fault. Uncle Billy, the dumb bastard can't be trusted with a Pez dispenser, WTF is he doing with a mil in cold hard cash? This whole incident smacks of some kind of kickback or bid-rigging between George and Old Man Potter.
My guess is that George got a little greedy and started developing on wetlands protected for ecological reasons. If that were not enough, the subdivision's plumbing was rigged so that ton upon ton of raw sewage spilled into a Lake that was the home of the Grey Egret, an endangered species. Turns out Potter has a few friends in Washington who can make the EPA look the other way. But its gonna cost him. So he arranges to send Uncle Billy to the bank, and Potter was to take the money from him. It would have been too suspicious if George, Potter, and a briefcase full of money were spotted together.
