Hi its a good time to plant a tree or shaded plants and you might want to create a place that birds would go to eat and squirrel's. I have a bridge and some shaded flowers that look nice morning glory's around the fence. If you want you could place a sitting place for you with container plants that you can water and the tree's don't drink it all up. Have fun and make it your own. I think the microwavable popcorn is not too bad. I dont personally eat it but I dont see anything wrong with it. As long as you are not topping it with butter, you are doing ok.
As for having more fiber in your diet, a good snack would be eating a fruit ( banana or an apple or a cup of grapes ) and 1 serving of mixed nuts ( cashews,almonds,peanuts …You can buy the mixed nuts at Walmart). The nuts and very high in fiber and have healthy ( the good kind ) fat in them as well as some protein. The fruit also has great fiber and will keep you full much longer than popcorn would.
I guess now we know why it’s called a “yogurt loaf”.
